1. Educational and informational use only
FlowState and its demonstrations are provided for technical evaluation, education and general, impersonal market research. Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice; an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell a security; or an assessment of your financial circumstances, suitability, or risk tolerance. FlowState does not act as your broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, custodian or trading counterparty. No orders or transactions can be placed through this pre-alpha demonstration.
2. Not operational; development-stage information
The website is not a commercial launch, production-grade service, or representation that any feature has passed operational, security, regulatory or independent validation. Screens and outputs may contain synthetic examples, historical fixtures, user-supplied files, incomplete feeds or calculations under development. Demonstration data is not actual trading data. Market-data coverage, timestamps, uptime, correctness, account features and external integrations are not guaranteed.
3. Licensing and third-party rights not validated
Commercial permissions, market-data licenses, exchange entitlements, redistribution rights, API terms, third-party content rights and any applicable regulatory obligations have not yet been comprehensively reviewed, validated or approved for commercial operation. The presence of a public-source link or technically accessible data endpoint does not establish a right to reuse, display, cache, publish or redistribute that material. Any live or commercial market-data capability remains gated pending the required reviews and authorizations.
4. External data links and proof-of-concept connections
References to public institutions and other external data sources are intended to demonstrate proposed data pathways, provenance and technical feasibility only. Some hyperlinks may direct you to publicly accessible third-party resources. Their availability, freshness, content, licensing and continuing operation are controlled by their respective providers. We have not independently certified that all displayed integrations, API routes or external links are functioning at any given time, or that a provider endorses or sponsors FlowState.
5. No warranties or performance representations
Information and prototypes are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law, without promises of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, profitability or future results. Financial markets involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. Historical observations, hypothetical scenarios, risk indicators, model outputs and backtests do not predict future performance. Do not interpret educational examples as buy/sell signals.
6. Privacy, security and user-provided information
Because this is a pre-alpha prototype, do not upload confidential, sensitive, regulated, proprietary or personally identifying financial information. Do not provide passwords, API keys, production credentials or actual customer records. Where local browser imports or experimental account integrations are available, they remain under development and are not represented as a certified production storage, identity or security system.
7. Independent verification and changes
Verify any market figure, announcement or economic release with its original publisher and seek advice from an appropriately licensed professional where needed. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. This page and the prototype may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.
